 Who are we?
Sheldon Kye Energy has extensive experience in the oil & gas sector, conventional power generation, coal mining & supply, the mid-stream sector in oil, gas and power, clean energy and aspects of water delivery and water treatment systems.  It has corporate advisory, technical geosciences & engineering, commodity trading, clean energy development, project and market risk management and merchant banking experience.  In addition to extensive involvement in the North American energy sector it also has extensive experience in Europe and the Asia Pacific.   
 
General Experience
Sheldon Kye acts as both a project developer and advisor to entities involved with energy project development,
asset and corporate activity working in the commercial resources sector.  Work that has been previously undertaken by the principle at Sheldon Kye includes commercial and market advice to both small to mid tier companies as well as major energy companies operating in the upstream oil and gas, utilities and clean energy space, along with expertise in the mid-stream and downstream processing areas. 

Recent Activities
*    Eastern Colorado Anaerobic Digester Project - this project was initiated in August of 2016 and is an animal waste to pipeline gas conversion project.  The first stage of the project will deliver up to 500 Mmbtus/day and 300 Mcf/day of CO2. In addition, liquid and solid soil amendment byproduct will be available as part of the conversion process.
​*     Gunnison County Solar Project - up to 2 MW of solar energy is currently being considered for a project site owned by Sheldon Kye Energy.  This project is currently be accessed for feasibility. 
Florence Field redevelopment program - progressed an acquisition of a portion of the producing wells in the Florence oil field in Fremont County Colorado.  Due to the decline in oil price this project has been suspended.  
​*     IEC Australia - assist with the commercial development of the Boree Salt Leases in Queensland Australia which offer gas storage and Potash mining opportunities.   
*    Western Energy Alliance - undertook an assessment of the Bureau of Land Management's Master Leasing Program and its implications for oil and gas exploration and development
*    Challenger Oil & Gas - introductions to US oil and gas projects in the mid-Continent
*    Source Gas - assessment of oil and gas resources that can be developed close to Source Gas's mid-stream    assets
*    WN Clark Power Plant Canon City - pre-feasibility assessment of the viability of conversion to fluidized bed boiler    and using significant biomass as fuel for the plant
*     CU Denver Global Energy Management Program - lunch webinar on Energy Value Chains - risks, investment and commercial participation
*    10EQS - provided expert advise in regards to LNG supply chain options in North America and
​*    Gunnison Compressed Natural Gas station - provided the coordination and sourced a technical partner to deliver the project in 2017
